Inspiration

A desire to be in charge of our own lives, a need for control, is born in each of us. It is essential to our mental health, and our success, that we take control.

In 2005 our life was changed forever with birth of our first child. She opened our eyes to the way in which we lived our live and the priorities that we gave to many things, especially to her.

We met many new people during the pregnancy and the birth and received a lot of advice, some of it sound and some of it with retrospect less so. As we learnt more and tried to apply our knowledge, we realized that there was a common thread between the good advice. It centred on making life simpler, more fulfilling, more ZEN, by acting in a way that our human bodies had evolved to act; and by acting in such a way in one part of our lives other parts were affected.

You cannot disassociate, for example, what you eat with your health, how well you perform at work and your physical state. It's all tied together, there are connections between what you do in each area of your life and you need to find the right harmony for you.

Hence this site was launched: in part to share what we have learnt with you so you can live a ZEN life too; but more importantly to provide a platform for you to share your experiences and learn from each other.

We're looking forward to you visiting us regularly,

Annabel and Antoine
