Michael Pollan at Poptech talking about how our food is made Michael Pollan presented a condensed version of his best selling book "The Omnivore's Dilema" at the 2009 Poptech conference. 
Everyone who eats food should read the book or at least watch Michael's presentation. 

 It's essential to understand where our food comes from and how the decisions we make effect our food chain. Eating well is all part of leading a Zen lifestyle and helping the planet be healthy.


Michael has also spoken with Time Magazine linked to the launch of his new book Food Rules:
